Robmar reinforces its commitment to high-quality, precision manufacturing through our latest investment. The Okuma LB3000 Lathe delivers exceptional turning performance with its rigid construction, high-torque spindle, and precision-driven motion control, making it ideal for both high-volume production and complex machining applications. Equipped with Okuma’s advanced OSP control, the LB3000 ensures consistent accuracy, excellent surface finishes, and reliable operation over long runs, enabling tight tolerances while enhancing efficiency and production output.

October has brought to Robmar the addition of both the Seiki KT‑420 and KT‑420L milling and tapping centers, enhancing our machining capabilities with their high‑speed performance and precision drilling, tapping, and milling across a wide range of part geometries. The KT‑420L model offers a longer X‑axis travel and larger work envelope compared to the standard KT‑420, providing greater flexibility for larger parts and fixturing, while both models support fast tool changes and high productivity on demanding shop floor applications.

Here at Robmar, we’ve expanded our production capabilities with the addition of a Hyd-Mech H-14A automatic horizontal band saw. This new equipment improves material cutting accuracy, repeatability, and throughput—aiding in reduced lead times and better support our CNC machining operations.

2022 has brought two new machines to Robmar! Our new Okuma LB3000 Lathe and Seiki KT-420 Mill are up and running.

This year we are excited to announce the newest addition to our Lathe Department with the installation of the Okuma Genos L3000MYW-e. It’s increased flexibility offers feeds and speeds to handle a variety of materials while maintaining the highest level of accuracy.

Robmar is pleased to announce the purchase of our second NHX4000. Capital investments such as this, allow Robmar to decrease production time.

This month Robmar purchased our first DMG Mori. The NHX4000 offers enhanced capabilities, improved measuring, monitoring, accuracy, and control options.

Robmar Precision is excited to announce the newest addition to our machine shop. Installation and training on our brand new HAAS UMC 750SS 5 AXIS MACHINE was complete as of June 1, 2017.

At the close of March, Robmar Precision provided a 4 day in-house training course led by a PC-DMIS Trainer for our shop and inspection employees. This training was for the new software that was recently installed on our upgraded C.M.M.’s.
Education for our employees on the equipment and machinery, here at Robmar, is an integral part to the overall commitment to continuously make improvements in order to provide greater customer satisfaction.

In order to keep our personal commitment to Robmar’s continual improvement, we have made some updates to our buildings. New bright LED lighting has been installed throughout the entire work shop to form a brighter work environment for our employees. The interior and exterior of our machine shops have been freshly painted to perk up our buildings appearance.
